Next Generation Leadership Training
Program Fidelity
The effectiveness of the Next Generation Leadership Program workshops relies on conducting sessions as designed. To ensure proper delivery, facilitators must complete the required training and obtain certification in leading the workshops.
Program Training Fee Schedule
$3,000
- A Next Generation Leadership Program Trainer offers your organization an 8-hour comprehensive training and consultation to support the initial implementation of the program.
- The training is typically conducted virtually over two half-day sessions.
- Facilitator trainees are trained in groups of up to 14 participants.
Public Training Sessions
For organizations preferring individual training seats, we offer Public Training Sessions as an alternative to group training sessions. These virtual trainings are scheduled throughout the year and provide flexibility for participants. The cost is $800 per person, which includes curriculum materials.
